The Japanese leaves one piece of food

f:id:tukitotaiyo:20181128012904j:image

Hello. It is tukimaru.

This time we will talk about "One Leave of Dishes" that Japanese may have experience.

Yes, that phenomenon happens when two or more people are eating.

There are various ways of calling in Japan depending on the region, and it seems that it is called "one piece left", "one piece left behind", "a lump of reserve".

There is no reason why someone told me that "I will leave the last one!", But there are things that I am leaving with nature when I eat with some people. When you notice that "There is one," you are eating at the other party. Or, I'll eat it. I am conscious of escaping from an unspoiled one as soon as possible.

That's because I feel embarrassed about the one left behind. In other words, thinking that if you eat the last one, you think someone around you will not be able to eat it. Also, from the surroundings it may be unpleasant why you think you will eat the last one without hesitation (what grows up). In a way, leaving one is like an implicit table manners. On the other hand, it seems that Japanese people who tend to reserve to leave the last one seems to blur.

By the way, I heard that this one is well-cultured peculiar to Japan.

From an overseas viewpoint, it seems like "You are using so much attention what you are" or "You are already hungry."

No, it is not.

Avoid eating all the foods offered in that great country, China. I heard that there is something like manners, culture, etc.

The reason is that when entertaining guests with cooking, if you can eat everything, it means that the amount of cooking was not enough. It is a splendid hospitality culture. However, the meaning seems to be slightly different from the one left by Japanese people.

I think that one of the remains of Japan is the emotion of feeling to compare opponents and the spirit of ancient Japanese concession. I can not tell the truth by myself. Only one dish will remain after all the feelings of everyone there comes together.

I thought it was embarrassing until now, but from now on it may be that I will leave one thing one by one.

Why do Japanese eat natto?

Hello. It is tukimaru.

I would like to talk about "natto" which is also this blog icon for the first posting.

I wake up in the morning, put in the sauce that comes in, stir it over and over again and think that packed natto packed with warm rice and eat it a little.

A great gastronist, Rosan said that if you stir stir natto it will be as good as stirring.

Here's the main theme. Why do Japanese eat natto?

As for overseas people, the case that speaks of natto is "I do not like it, it smells bad, the taste is more unpleasant", and even when I say "to ferment and aged soybeans, make it by aging" It seems to be.

Of course, there are people who are not good at Japanese, and even some overseas like natto, but if anything it is a minority.

Because whatever you like is delicious, because it is cheap, I have been eating since I was a child, so cooking is easy, so it's good for your body. There are many other reasons. However, is not it that there are few people that the cooking process made by decomposing soybeans is wonderful, sticky and beautiful.

There are many reasons why people who ate natto eat noodles, they are rotten, sticky, I do not like the peculiar smell. It is a bit prejudice, and when you actually eat it seems that there are also many people who are amazed as "It was delicious!? Yammy!"

By all means, please eat and think that those who are not good at natto are damaged. If it is still not good, Sumi Marsen. I apologize first!

Natto is a health food with nattokinase and diverse nutrients that are considered good for your health.

Why do not you buy one pack of natto when you go to the supermarket next time?
